Volunteer baker Jacki Braid created 100 Valentine’s Day themed cookies to raise funds for Jersey Child Care Trust.
Jacki delivered the exquisite cookies the day before Valentine’s Day and the entire batch was sold in under one hour to employees at the offices of RBS International Ltd Jersey.
In a wonderful gesture to boost the money raised, RBS International Ltd then match funded the money raised to create the grand total of £1,000.
