Pirates and Princesses brings together plenty that children love: dressing up, stories, songs and adventure. But it also brings the opportunity to support families in Jersey who rely on our programmes and services daily.
We’re encouraging early years settings to celebrate with their own Pirates and Princesses Day, filled with themed activities such as treasure hunts, royal tea parties, storytelling session and much more. And going the fun once again are Alice and Signing Sam, who will be visiting participating settings to share their favourite pirate and princess stories, songs and Makaton signs. Their interactive sessions are always a highlight for the children and staff alike
