At Jersey Child Care Trust, we believe every child deserves the strongest possible start in life. That vision has guided our work for more than 25 years and it continues to shape everything we do today.
Our CEO, Fiona Vacher, has been featured in the Institute of Directors (IoD) Jersey’s interview series, where she reflects on her career journey, her passion for early years education and care and her hopes for the future of children and families in Jersey.
In the interview, Fiona talks about the experiences that first inspired her to work with children, her professional journey through the early years and family support sectors and her longstanding commitment to ensuring children have access to high-quality, inclusive early childhood experiences.
