Nanny required - warm and friendly family. Long-term role caring for two young children and helping a busy family home run smoothly. We are looking for a warm, caring and reliable live-out nanny interested in a long-term position to look after our two children, aged 18 months and 3 years. The role is 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday), between 20-40 hours per week, with hours flexible for the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is experienced with young children, nurturing, energetic and organised, who can provide a fun, safe and stimulating environment for the children. Duties will include all aspects of childcare, age- appropriate activities, taking the children outdoors, preparing simple meals, keeping their areas tidy and doing nursery drop-offs and pick-ups. Mum will be working at home so on hand to breast feed if required. Must be comfortable with labrador dog. Although he won't always be at the house. Would be suitable for those looking for some flexible hours among other commitments. Potential to grow as baby does. Accreditation is great but open to discusses if you have suitable references and documentation.

3 children - 5y, 3y, 6m

We are a friendly family of five seeking a part time nanny/after school care for our 3 children. The role would primarily involve school and nursery pick up, followed by supervision of dinner (prepped in advance) and after school play/care at home, based in the east of the island. Ideally this would be from 3/4pm until 7pm 3-4 days a week but we can be flexible for the right person. We would love to provide more information for or meet with an enthusiastic, caring and responsible individual who would be interested in the above. Both accredited and non-accredited applicants welcomed. Driving license required - ideally with own car but this is not essential.

One 4 year old child

Seeking a nanny for after-school pick up and care for an energetic four year old boy. He currently attends St Saviour's Primary School, though would need to be taken home to St Brelade, so own transport is essential. The nanny would be expected to play, read stories, take to the park in good weather; and give a meal (which I will have prepared in advance) around 17:00. This would be a term-time only role. Please note that there are two dogs at the house, though they would be kept in the back garden and outside of the house. Accreditation preferred, though not essential subject to references. We are a fun and welcoming family of four looking for an experienced, caring, fun and highly organised nanny/housekeeper to support us with our two children’s aged 3 and 6 years old. This is a varied and rewarding role for someone who enjoys both nurturing young children and helping a family household feel calm and organised. The position offers approximately 25-35 guaranteed hours per week, including overnight stays with the children and weekend cover, with a regular monthly schedule with some flexibility required. We are looking for someone warm, kind and reliable who is seeking a long-term position and is experienced in working with young children, confident working independently and comfortable in preparing healthy, home-cooked meals for our children. Other duties include planning fun activities for the children, taking them to/from their activities such as swimming, surf club, nursery/school drop offs and picks up, Household duties would include light housework i.e managing laundry, ensuring children have uniforms for school and for their activities ready for next day, may involve adhoc house errands such as shopping or dry-cleaning. Flexibility is key and should one of the children be unwell and unable to go to nursery/school, the expectation would be that the nanny would care for them for the entire day (7.30am to 7pm). Childcare will always take priority over household duties. A competitive salary is offered, depending on experience. Ideally, you will be accredited with the JCCT or have the relevant childcare qualification to become accredited and are reliable, organised and have lots of energy!

13 and 8

Super busy family with 2 full time working parents looking for mums help / nanny to help run a busy active house mainly managing children aged 13 and 8 after school. 5 days a week ideally 1.30-7/7.30pm. Based in St Saviour near JCG. We are seeking a kind, patient, reliable and fun-loving nanny with proven experience caring for infants and babies to support our family with the care of our gorgeous 6 month-old little boy. The ideal candidate will have a calm, nurturing and reassuring manner, together with an excellent awareness of baby safety, hygiene and supervision. They will initially work alongside Mum to help with age-appropriate routines and support early developmental milestones, while establishing a positive and trusting relationship with our little boy. The nanny will be respectful of the pace of transition, helping us all feel comfortable as everyone gets to know each other. Ideally, you will be accredited or hold the relevant early years childcare qualification required to become accredited, together with first aid and safeguarding training.
