His Excellency, Vice Admiral Jerry Kyd, and Dr. Kyd have become joint patrons of the Jersey Child Care Trust and in their first official engagement with the Trust presented an annual award at a recent reception.
His Excellency said: “My wife and I are absolutely delighted to be joint Patrons at this most wonderful charity. Giving any child the best start in life is critical to future outcomes and the Jersey Child Care Trust (JCCT) delivers simply fantastic support to so many young children across the Island. Well done, JCCT and all their volunteers and support staff. Karen and I look forward to our future involvement as the charity continues to expand!”
