Our Awards
Our annual awards recognise the outstanding actions of students, practitioners and supporters that make the biggest difference for children and families in Jersey.
The Wilma Allan Award
Our Annual Wilma Allan Award recognises recently qualified Early Years Practitioners and students whose practice goes ‘above and beyond’. Created in memory of former JCCT team member, Wilma Allan, the award celebrates the actions of hardworking, unassuming achievers who constantly deliver, something that Wilma was known for noticing.
Early Years Managers and parents can nominate a student or practitioner who has professionally stood out to them in some way. It could be their superb communication skills, their consistent energy and enthusiasm to create safe, fun, engaging nursery days with children or something else that has made a real difference to children.
