We believe ALL children have the right to high quality mainstream childcare in Jersey. Best Start Plus Nursery Funding Programme We fund nursery places for those who need it most, when it matters most. We fund part-time (up to 12 hours a week) nursery placements for children aged between 2-3 years old who are not meeting their age expected developmental milestones at two.
